Does all of your seafood come from Coromandel?
What is the best was to handle the seafood once it has been delivered?
It is best practice if someone is home when the delivery is made. Once it arrives, please check that your order arrived OK. Once its in your kitchen, you need to give the fresh fish a light wash under clean water, place in a double layer sealed container as fish keeps best when not left in their juice in fridge along with all other pre-packaged products ordered. Be sure to consume within 2 days. If you order has arrived warm, do not consume it.

What days of the week do you deliver?
We take orders for delivery Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only. Due to keeping with our policy of delivering the freshest of seafood to you, we do not sent by courier on Friday or over the weekend as most courier companies do not deliver during this time. Orders must be placed by 2.00pm to receive overnight delivery to addresses based in the North Island of New Zealand (not including rural). Orders placed after 2.00pm will be posted for delivery the following day.
How will my order be packaged to keep it fresh during delivery?
We use an insulated reflective courier box for all of our deliveries. Inside this reflective courier box is lined with WoolCool and packed ice. For more information about this, please visit our Delivery and Packaging page on our website.
What is your refund policy?
We endeavour to provide a high standard of seafood that reflects our reputation as a provider of quality fresh seafood. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your fish and seafood on arrival, or feel your order has been short weighted, please phone us immediately on the day of delivery. If you were at home and received it within the delivery period we will provide you with a credit.
